Energy Tap provides counselling and psychotherapy services. We offer support to individuals, families and couples who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others. Our offices are located in Hamilton & Simcoe Ontario.
We also offer support to other helpers in the field of counselling and psychotherapy. Tracy offers Clinical Supervision to people who are wanting to deepen their practice. We also provide consulting services to agencies across Canada in the healthcare sector.

We are guided by a strong belief in the power of being authentic.
In 2006, Tracy took part in a training program that encouraged people to be open and genuine with each other.
She was deeply impacted by this experience and felt that others needed to experience this in their own lives.
Over time, she developed a strong belief in the healing potential within each person.
