Energy Tap provides counselling and psychotherapy services. We offer support to individuals, families and couples who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others. Our offices are located in Hamilton & Simcoe Ontario.
We also offer support to other helpers in the field of counselling and psychotherapy. Tracy offers Clinical Supervision to people who are wanting to deepen their practice. We also provide consulting services to agencies across Canada in the healthcare sector.

Energy Tap Counselling and Consultation Services was created from a deeply rooted belief and a guiding philosophy.
We are guided by a strong belief in the power of being authentic.
In 2006, Tracy joined a personal growth program focused on helping people show up as authentic and real.
She was deeply impacted by this experience and felt that others needed to experience this in their own lives.
Through years of experience, she came to believe deeply in the ability of people to move toward healing.
We are dedicated to supporting people as they discover their strengths through authentic, meaningful encounters.
Tracy remains committed to ensuring our team brings creativity, honesty, and awareness into their work.
We want every person we work with to feel understood and respected.

We may stop at times to explore what is unfolding in the present moment.
