Energy Tap provides counselling and psychotherapy services. We offer support to individuals, families and couples who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others. Our offices are located in Hamilton & Simcoe Ontario.
We also offer support to other helpers in the field of counselling and psychotherapy. Tracy offers Clinical Supervision to people who are wanting to deepen their practice. We also provide consulting services to agencies across Canada in the healthcare sector.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that authenticity matters.
In 2006, Tracy joined a training experience focused on helping people show up as authentic and real.
She was deeply impacted by this experience and felt that others could benefit from this in their own lives.
Over many years, she has grown to believe in the natural capacity for healing that all people possess.
We are dedicated to supporting people as they discover their strengths through honest and meaningful experiences.
Tracy remains committed to ensuring our team brings creativity, honesty, and awareness into their work.
We want every person we work with to feel understood and respected.

We will pause at intervals as we explore what is happening in the current experience.
At times, we may look ahead to what you want, and at other times we may look back to see how your conditioning is impacting the current experience.
