Energy Tap provides counselling and psychotherapy services. We offer support to individuals, families and couples who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others. Our offices are located in Hamilton & Simcoe Ontario.
We also offer support to other helpers in the field of counselling and psychotherapy. Tracy offers Clinical Supervision to people who are wanting to deepen their practice. We also provide consulting services to agencies across Canada in the healthcare sector.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that authenticity matters.
In 2006, Tracy entered a personal development program where people were encouraged to be open and genuine with one another.
She was deeply impacted by this experience and felt that others deserved to feel this in their own lives.
Over many years, she has grown to believe in the inherent healing ability that all people possess.
We are committed to helping people move toward their highest potential through authentic and meaningful encounters.
Tracy is committed to ensuring that our team works with creativity, honesty, and awareness.
We want you to feel that you are truly seen and heard.
