Energy Tap provides individuals with the support needed to explore their effectiveness in order to produce positive change. Energy Tap provides counselling and psychotherapy services. We offer support to individuals, families and couples who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others. Our offices are located in Hamilton & Simcoe Ontario.
We also offer support to other helpers in the field of counselling and psychotherapy. Tracy offers Clinical Supervision to people who are wanting to deepen their practice. We also provide consulting services to agencies across Canada in the healthcare sector.

Energy Tap Counselling and Consultation Services has grown out of a dream and a deeply held belief system.
We believe in the power of authenticity.
In 2006, Tracy took part in a learning experience that encouraged people to be true to themselves with each other.
This experience had a profound impact on her, and she believed that others needed access to this same feeling.
Over time, she developed a strong belief in the inner capacity for healing that exists in everyone.
Our commitment is to help individuals move forward in their lives through real and meaningful connection.
Tracy is committed to ensuring that our team works with creativity, integrity, and awareness.
We want you to feel that you are seen and heard.
You remain the guide on your own life path.
We will pause at intervals as we explore what is happening in the current experience.
At times, we may look ahead to what you want, and at other times we may look back to see how your past experiences is impacting the current experience.
