Energy Tap provides counselling and psychotherapy services. We offer support to individuals, families and couples who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and others. Our offices are located in Hamilton & Simcoe Ontario.
We also offer support to other helpers in the field of counselling and psychotherapy. Tracy offers Clinical Supervision to people who are wanting to deepen their practice. We also provide consulting services to agencies across Canada in the healthcare sector.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that authenticity matters.
In 2006, Tracy took part in a development program that encouraged people to be open and genuine with each other.
This experience had a profound impact on her, and she believed that others needed access to this same feeling.
Through years of experience, she came to believe deeply in the ability of people to move toward healing.
Our commitment is to help individuals grow and evolve through genuine and supportive encounters.
Tracy is committed to ensuring that our team works with creativity, integrity, and awareness.
We want you to feel that you are seen and heard.
You are the guide as we walk alongside you on your journey.
We will pause at intervals as we explore what is happening in the here and now.
We may explore what you hope for in the future, while also looking back to understand how your conditioning influences your here and now.
